Analysis and Development

Analysts at different levels with decision making capabilities are permanently evaluating the impact of market variables and technological advances to create new solutions and services. The objective is self-improvement and to keep our level of knowledge current.

Customer Service (Post-Sales Support)
This department was created to offer help and advice to our users. A team of professionals and technicians offers personalized service including telephone contact to ensure the systems are being used correctly. There is also an after-hours support team using cellular telephonyinterfaces to ensure being able to reach our technicians at all times.

User Training
Tutors will be provided during the implementation of the administrative phases of the systems. Work schedules include specific tasks to make sure the required training is given on a personal level so users understand the correct parameters and systerm entries to be made.

System Maintenance
Analysts and programmers using advanced telecommunications networking capabilities can remotely enter the user's system to solve outages and problems as well as provide system upgrades thereby providing quick response to reduce lost time.
Applied Technology
A team of professionals specialized in organization and systems (analysts, programmers, systems programmer) provides solutions to perform administrative analysis, special projects, highly qualified technical assistance, and/ or any service the bank requires in the organization as well as in the systems group.
